My wife and I work together, so there are always two people at your reception.  Together we are your wedding reception coordinator/manager, MC, DJ and crowd motivator.  We don’t charge for dance floor lighting or sound upgrades.  We don’t have signs or banners that advertise our business when we’re performing at weddings (tacky, in my opinion).  We are wedding specialists.

We strive to be more than just people that stand behind the table and play music.  I’ll coordinate the entire reception from beginning to end – cocktail hour/grand entrance, toasts, formal dances, etc….  During the initial stages of the evening, you’ll find me moving around quite a bit (behind the scenes) as I’m chatting with people so they know when they’ll be dancing and where they need to be.  Our goal is such that when you enter the room, you have nothing to do but enjoy yourself, in other words, “we’ve got it from here.”  We work very hard to make certain you and your guests have a fun-filled evening, and having two of us operating at your reception gives us the ability to engage the audience more fully. We really do work to provide the WOW in these special days!

Although uplighting is one of the hottest trends in wedding reception decor, incorporating  personalized audio recordings into your reception may just be the most powerful way you can impress your guests, give a special gift to someone you love and surely put tears in the eyes of most. And still yet another great idea to put the WOW in your reception:  LOVE STORY INTRODUCTIONS during the grand entrance.  Rather than, “ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the newly married Mr. and Mrs….!!!”, how about a little story about how the two of you met and what makes each one of you special in each others eyes.    The recording and story options I’ve mentioned here cost NOTHING except a little time and effort on your and my part.

  • play the right music at the right time. Being able to read the crowd and adjust the music accordingly, knowing when to lead the crowd into a different genre and building energy with music is an art that requires lots of practice and experience.

  • coordinate with all your vendors to make certain your reception moves seamlessly throughout the evening. We will also provide announcements for your grand entrance, formal dances, cutting of the cake and more!
